We're looking for an Assistant Block Manager to join a well-established property management team in Brighton.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some block management or property experience who wants to build a career in the sector.
The role: Supporting Property Managers with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio Handling leaseholder and resident queries by phone and email Arranging maintenance and repairs, and liaising with contractors Assisting with site inspections Helping prepare service charge budgets and section 20 notices General admin support across the portfolio What we're looking for: Some experience in block management, lettings or a property-related role Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner Well organised, with good attention to detail Comfortable managing your own workload in a busy office Working towards (or willing to work towards) IRPM/TPI qualifications is a plus What's on offer: £24,000-£30,000 salary Full-time, office based in Brighton Support with industry qualifications Clear progression path to Property Manager If this sounds like you, get in touch or apply today.
