About the Role
- Overseeing maintenance activities and supervising estate-based staff and contractors.
- Responding to leaseholder queries and managing communications via newsletters, meetings, and events.
- Coordinating health and safety inspections and managing compliance actions.
- Handling insurance claims, contractor instructions, and invoice approvals.
About You
- Has experience in block/estate management or a related property role.
- Is confident engaging with residents, contractors, and clients alike.
- Is organised, detail-focused, and proficient with MS Office tools. Knowledge of Qube.
- Understands service charges, lease obligations, and estate upkeep.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
