Full Time | Shift-based, including evenings & weekends

The Role

We’re working on behalf of a forward-thinking, design-led student accommodation provider to find a proactive Accommodation Co-ordinator for a premium residence in West London. As the front-facing presence of the property, you’ll deliver exceptional service to residents, support the achievement of sales and occupancy targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role includes overseeing check-ins/outs, conducting viewings, handling resident queries, and managing on-site administration and facilities coordination.

The Person

You’ll be a confident communicator with a passion for customer service and a natural flair for relationship-building. Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Previous experience in business-to-customer (B2C) sales or hospitality
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Willingness to work shifts including weekends and evenings
  • Proximity to West London or ability to travel easily across sites
  • Experience in the student accommodation sector and multilingual skills are desirable but not essential.
