We\’re working with a respected residential property management company who are looking for an experienced Block Manager to join their team.
You\’ll oversee a portfolio of around 30 developments (c.1,500 units) across Surrey and Oxfordshire, acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, clients and residents. This is a hands-on role where you\’ll deliver a professional block management service while being supported in your ongoing professional development.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Managing a mixed residential portfolio across Surrey & Oxfordshire
- Handling all aspects of block management, including service charge budgets
- Building strong relationships with leaseholders, residents and clients
- Working with property management software to keep everything running smoothly
- Attending site visits and meetings as needed
What we\’re looking for:
- Proven experience in residential block/leasehold property management
- Experience in financial management, including service charge budgets
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of property management software
- TPI qualifications (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
