Responsibilities (as a Self-Employed Partner)
- Independently assist your clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process
- You will be responsible for conducting property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Develop and maintain your relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present property listings on various platforms, including social media and real estate websites, utilising our provided platform and branding guidelines
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of your clients, ensuring their best interests are represented
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to your clients
- Maintain accurate records of your transactions, client interactions, and property details within provided system
- Collaborate with other professionals in the industry such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors as you deem necessary for your clients
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience and motivation/passion in real estate is highly desirable
- Should be able to generate leads and gain clients (Lead generation)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential for your independent practice
- Excellent communication skills; being multilingual is highly advantageous for engaging with a broader client base
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks including documentation management and data entry will be beneficial for managing your business
- A valid driving licence is beneficial for travelling between properties
