You’ll be stepping into a marketing function that’s central to how our business performs - managing the engine that drives demand, launches, and revenue. Everything is already in motion: campaigns, agencies, systems, reporting. Your job is to own it, run it confidently, and keep it performing at a high level - while spotting opportunities to improve how we operate along the way. You’ll work closely with the leadership team, agencies, and internal teams to make sure marketing is well-run, well-measured, and commercially effective.
What You’ll Own
- Marketing Operations & Performance: You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of marketing - ensuring campaigns are delivered, tracked properly, and performing against expectations. This includes managing agency relationships, maintaining clear reporting, and making sure nothing slips.
- Launch Delivery (Core to the Role): Our launches are the heartbeat of the business. You’ll coordinate teams, timelines, and communications to ensure each one runs smoothly - and that we learn from every launch through clear, structured debriefs.
- Reporting & Insight: You’ll turn data into something useful. That means producing clear, reliable reporting - but more importantly, highlighting what’s working, what isn’t, and where we can improve.
- Budget & Commercial Control: You’ll own the marketing budget, ensuring spend is tracked, controlled, and aligned with performance.
- Customer & Brand Experience: You’ll keep a close eye on how we show up - from reviews to communications - making sure the experience matches the standard we expect.
- Team Support & Continuity: You’ll provide stability and direction for the marketing team during this period, keeping everyone aligned and moving forward.
