We are seeking a dedicated Assistant / Block Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Hove. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to leaseholders, freeholders, and clients. This role combines direct block management duties with administrative and financial support to the Operations Manager and senior team.

Responsibilities include:
