Overview:
- Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Product Analytics Associate who will be primarily responsible for translating data into actionable insights, helping Product Management leadership of the company make informed decisions.
- You would work with an exceptional group of ex consultants from McKinsey, Bain, BCG and the Big 4.
Roles Description:
- End-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver data-driven business and product insights, across strategic initiatives
- Conduct complex and detailed analyses to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency, and help set targets for the teams
- Coordinate and work with different functions within the company
- Present findings periodically to leaders of the organisation
Desired Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3+ years in Business Analytics within a reputable tech company or top-tier management consulting firm
- Exposure to Product, CRM, and Growth departments
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with different functions and drive insights into actions
Technical Proficiency:
- Exceptional skills in SQL and Tableau
- Experience in product analytics, google analytics, including A/B Testing, Tracking, and Tag management
Communication Skills:
- Proven ability to craft and deliver presentations for senior audiences with a compelling storyline
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical content effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
