We are currently recruiting for an experienced working foreman to join a well-established construction contractor delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects across London. This is a hands-on supervisory role (50/50 split), ideal for someone from a carpentry and/or plumbing background who is confident managing site activities while working alongside trades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations
- Work hands-on alongside the team when required
- Support the Project/Construction Manager
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
- Maintain site health & safety compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Working Foreman
- Experience in high-end residential construction/refurbishment
- Strong carpentry and/or plumbing background
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Valid First Aid certificate
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Job Details:
- Location: North-West London
- Hours: 07:30 – 16:30 (Monday to Friday)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
