We’re Property Branding — a dynamic and creative brand and marketing agency — and we’re on the lookout for a vibrant and driven Creative Project Coordinator to join our team.
This is initiallya 12-month fixed-term position to cover maternity leave — but it comes with a clear opportunity to grow into a permanent role. As our agency continues to expand, this position has the scope to evolve and become a long-term part of our team. We\’re looking for someone who wants to make the role their own and be part of our ongoing journey.

Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in the development and planning of project objectives, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with team members to allocate resources and assign tasks.
- Task Management:
- Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
- Regularly update project documentation and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Client Liaison and Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication between clients and the internal creative team.
- Provide regular project updates to clients, manage expectations, and proactively address any concerns.
- Schedule and organise client meetings, providing agendas and taking minutes.
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients, contributing to their satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Copywriting Support:
- Contribute to the creation and editing of compelling copy for client websites and brochures, ensuring brand voice and messaging consistency.
- Website Maintenance & Design Support:
- Perform routine WordPress website maintenance, including content updates, plugin management, and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Provide ad hoc design support using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere, creating and adapting layouts, preparing files for print or digital, and ensuring brand consistency.
- Assist with image research to support design projects.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain organised project documentation, including plans, reports, and key project records.
- Generate regular status reports and updates for project stakeholders.
- Ensure that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to team members.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify and address issues that may impact project success.
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions and mitigate risks.
- Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of project progress, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree in a creative or relevant field, or equivalent work experience that showcases your passion for the creative process, or a Prince 2 project management qualification.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in a creative environment and/or marketing agency.
- Your organisational skills are so impressive; they\’re practically a work of art.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal abilities that bring a spark to any conversation, especially when interacting with clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, because even our tools need to be creatively managed.
- A meticulous eye for detail, coupled with a passion for delivering quality and accuracy.
- Familiarity with WordPress content management and basic troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of copywriting principles for web and print.
