We’re building something innovative, bold, and highly scalable and now we’re looking for a highly driven, top-performing Sales Director to help take us to the next level.
The Role: Own the Sales, Own the Growth
We’re on a mission to scale to 35,000 users in the next 5 years, and as Sales Director, you\’ll be at the heart of that journey.
You will:
- Represent Property Assistant AI at investment expos, property shows, and networking events across the UK
- Book and deliver live demos with property networking groups, investor meetups, and business clubs
- Proactively build and manage your pipeline of leads from cold outreach through to conversion
- Pitch the platform to individual investors, portfolio landlords, sourcing agents, and property businesses
- Champion our product’s innovation, AI capabilities, and real-world results in live pitches and meetings
- Work closely with founders to develop sales strategy, refine messaging, and shape future growth
You Are:
- A confident, senior-level sales performer with a strong track record in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech or high-value B2B/B2C solutions
- Independent and self-motivated, you thrive without micromanagement and love hitting ambitious targets
- Exceptionally strong in communication and relationship-building
- Charismatic and persuasive, you know how to sell a vision
- Experienced in live demos and event-based selling
- A natural networker in property/investment communities (or ready to embed yourself in them)
