Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment and Development Director located in Greater Manchester. The Director will be responsible for the acquisitions, funding and assembly of development opportunities across the North of England whilst working closely with our private and public sector partners as well as introducing new ones to the business.
Key target sectors include Residential, PBSA, Commercial, Hotels and Life Sciences.
