This role is fully focused on content creation within the real estate industry, including both property-focused content and area-based content. We are seeking a video-first Content Creator who can bring properties and their surrounding communities to life. You will create engaging content that not only showcases listings but also highlights neighbourhoods, local lifestyle, amenities, and market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Film and edit high-quality property walkthroughs, listing highlights, and showcase videos
- Create engaging area-focused content highlighting neighborhoods, schools, amenities, lifestyle, and local insights
- Produce short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Develop educational content around the property market and buying/selling process
- Write scripts, captions, and on-screen copy aligned with brand voice
- Capture properties and surrounding areas in a visually compelling way
- Publish and manage content across all platforms
- Research local market trends and community insights
- Optimize content for SEO and digital discoverability
- Track performance metrics and refine strategy to drive engagement and inquiries
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video content creation (real estate or lifestyle content preferred)
- Strong videography skills including lighting, framing, stabilization, and audio
