We are looking for a personable, proactive and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to support the successful leasing of our Build-To-Rent (BTR) communities across multiple sites within the region. The role will primarily be site-based and will involve regular travel between our communities across Watford, Barking and Bracknell; therefore, a full UK driving license and flexibility to travel is essential.

You will strive to deliver an exceptional letting experience for prospective residents while supporting occupancy targets across our BTR communities. This role reports to the Head of Lettings.
- Act as brand ambassador and first point of contact for prospective residents
- Conduct apartment and amenity viewings across multiple sites, promoting the lifestyle and benefits of the community
- Develop strong knowledge of building layouts, apartment types, amenities and local areas
- Deliver a professional, welcoming and customer-focused experience throughout the lettings journey
- Support promotion of the buildings and local marketing initiatives where required
- Coordinate with the Resident Services Hub regarding tenancy progression and move-in readiness
- Work collaboratively with property management and resident services teams to support occupancy targets and service standards across our BTR communities
- Travel regularly between sites within the region (Watford, Barking & Bracknell) as required
- Carry out move-in appointments including building tours, fire safety procedures, inventory sign-off and key handovers
- Visit apartments to assess reported issues before contractor attendance where required
- Assist with providing CCTV footage to authorities upon request, in line with established policies
- Provide contractor access and support site inspections where necessary
- Maintain a professional appearance and presentation at all times as a visible representative of the brand
- Promote sustainability initiatives including recycling and responsible use of building resources
Qualifications:
- GCSE qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Exceptional Microsoft Office and IT skills, with confidence using CRM, property management and internal communication skills
- Previous experience within lettings, hospitality, property, customer service or another customer service environment
- Professional, personable and confident approach with strong relationship building skills
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel between sites regularly
- Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with colleagues, residents and contractors
- Is flexible and willing to support operational needs across different sites where required
A competitive salary range of £29,000 - £35,000, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (pro-rated if part-time), Personal Pension Plan (salary sacrifice available), Employee Assistance Program, Life Assurance, Optical vouchers, Cycle and Tech schemes.
