If you're bubbling with ideas, bursting with enthusiasm, and hungry for success, then we want YOU on our team! This role is ideal for someone who has already gained experience in marketing, is confident with the basics including asset creation and video editing and is now ready to step up, broaden their responsibilities and grow within a small, ambitious team.

Key responsibilities

  • Social & content
    • Support the day-to-day management and community management of PROPERONI's social media channels, especially TikTok and Instagram.
    • Proactively engage with our community (comments, DMs, tags), including light-touch weekend check-ins to reshare key stories and keep the conversation going.
    • Create engaging content (video, static, stories) that enhances brand presence and reaches target audiences.
    • Monitor and analyse social media performance, helping to pull insights and simple recommendations.
    • Support social listening, keeping an eye on online trends and reactive opportunities for the brand.
    • Work with the Head of Marketing to identify complementary brand partnerships and potential influencers.
  • Wider marketing support
    • Assist with the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
    • Support coordination of online promotions, contests and giveaways.
    • Create blog posts, website updates, articles, email content and multimedia assets to support the annual marketing plan.
    • Assist with basic website and ecommerce tasks (e.g. updating product copy or assets) and support broader digital activity.
    • Use analytics tools to help track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across social and digital channels.
    • Provide regular light-touch reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Creative & cross-functional support
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing and compelling content for social and digital channels.
    • Use Photoshop (and/or similar tools) to create and adapt artwork for consumer and trade shows, digital banners, social assets and other marketing materials.
    • Work with Canva and basic video editing tools to bring campaign ideas to life.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and solutions across brand, digital and trade activity.
    • Provide ad hoc support for marketing events, including consumer and trade shows and sampling events, when required.
    • Assist the sales and marketing team with store compliance checks and other general marketing admin tasks.

Skills and experience

  • Currently working in, or having recently worked in, a marketing role, with a desire to progress and take on broader responsibility.
  • Passion for and good understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
  • Experience in community management (e.g. responding to comments/DMs, engaging with followers) is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of Photoshop to create and adapt artwork for shows, digital banners and social media assets.
  • Ideally familiar with tools such as Canva and video editing software.
