UK Appointment Setters (for inbound leads). You get paid per qualified appointment set, and commission. This is NOT a closer role, however, we will have growth to elevate to an inbound sales closer in the near future (this year). We are looking for motivated, skilled salespeople seeking an uncapped income. Want warm leads? We will give you an abundance of them.
This is a remote/working-from-home position. We are accepting candidates based in the UK only. We have a hugely exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the Proper Freedom team as the business continues to grow and develop.

What’s in it for you?
- 100+ new leads a day to call.
- For every approved qualified set you make for a closer, you will earn £25.00.
- Commission for a cold caller/appointment setter starting at 5% (you are selling £2,000 - £10,000 services).
- Career growth: if you show consistent results, we will look to promote you to a closer role where you can earn double, triple, or even quadruple.
- The Average commission per sale is £200 - £500 and with an abundant flow of leads provided per month the earning potential of this role is truly uncapped.

What do we need from you?
- Can commit to taking 6-8 hours of calls a day, Monday-Friday - 5 days per week (30-40 hrs/week) (1x day on the weekend).
- Ready to start ASAP.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- You are obsessed with results.
- Empathy (you actually care about our students).
- Passion to earn and target driven.
- Strong technical and online documentation skills.
- Hungry to succeed.
- Consistent, reliable, and always looking to improve.
- Punctual.
- Positive “can do” attitude (no ego).
