Responsibilities
- Review all sales reps calls.
- Daily huddles in the morning for sales reps.
- Conduct 1-1 calls every week with reps.
- Train, coach, and inspire your sales team to ensure they are hitting KPI.
- Actively participate in regular company, department, and manager meetings and trainings to stay ahead and create a culture of teamwork
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly objectives and KPIs
- Track data via google sheets
- Review and feedback.
- Report to the sales director on a daily basis.
Results
- Professional attire and presentation style, including being punctual for 100% of calls and meetings
- Outbound reps are individually hitting 3-5 qualified sets per day.
- Ensure the sales reps are achieving a 20%+ close rate hitting KPIS.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience in a management position and a proven history of meeting and exceeding sales teams targets
- Be a team player. Lead and motivate the team.
- Professional, high-energy, and high-integrity personality that engages customers and builds trust in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- A relentless desire to win that drives you to be better every week
- Exceptional persuasive communication skills that allow excellent customer interactions and cross-departmental collaborations

- Proficiency in computer and CRM skills.
Expected Compensation
£24,000 salary + Commission
OTE £80,000 – £200,000 Annually
Full time role – 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday.
