Responsibilities

  • Review all sales reps calls.
  • Daily huddles in the morning for sales reps.
  • Conduct 1-1 calls every week with reps.
  • Train, coach, and inspire your sales team to ensure they are hitting KPI.
  • Actively participate in regular company, department, and manager meetings and trainings to stay ahead and create a culture of teamwork
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly objectives and KPIs
  • Track data via google sheets
  • Review and feedback.
  • Report to the sales director on a daily basis.

Results

  • Professional attire and presentation style, including being punctual for 100% of calls and meetings
  • Outbound reps are individually hitting 3-5 qualified sets per day.
  • Ensure the sales reps are achieving a 20%+ close rate hitting KPIS.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience in a management position and a proven history of meeting and exceeding sales teams targets
  • Be a team player. Lead and motivate the team.
  • Professional, high-energy, and high-integrity personality that engages customers and builds trust in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • A relentless desire to win that drives you to be better every week
  • Exceptional persuasive communication skills that allow excellent customer interactions and cross-departmental collaborations
  • Proactive problem-solver who seeks out and implements effective solutions
  • Coachable and able to learn quickly to continuously improve performance
  • Proficiency in computer and CRM skills.

Expected Compensation

£24,000 salary + Commission

OTE £80,000 – £200,000 Annually

Full time role – 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday.
