PSM is a sports media group. We own Score90 (football), Boxing News (boxing), and we're potentially moving into cricket and F1. We commission premium originals that run on our subsidiary channels, and we deliver content for B2B clients including ICC, Bet365 and FA. We are also starting a new channel with Score90, based on quiz content and fan debates in studio environments that will ramp up massively with the start of the Premier League season.
We need someone who can turn an idea into a shot, edited, delivered film. End-to-end. With taste, with discipline, on budget.

- Hire and manage directors, DOPs, editors and freelance crews
- Run shoots in person
- Sit in the edit and shape the cut
- Deliver the final film to subsidiary channels or clients
- Run pre-production end-to-end

- Bring the same delivery discipline you bring to originals
- You've produced premium sports or culture content end-to-end - at least two or three projects you can point to
- You've produced for YouTube specifically - you understand the platform, not just 'video in general'
- Real football knowledge - you understand the sport, the personalities, the access dynamics
- You've managed freelance crews on shoots
- Boxing literacy useful; sport-curious enough to ramp into cricket or F1
- YouTube fluency - hooks, retention, thumbnails, titles, packaging, analytics. You know what makes a video work on the platform, and you produce with that in mind from treatment onwards

- Edit literacy - you can sit in a cut and make it better
- Treatment and shot-list writing - you can turn a brief into something shootable
- Budgeting - you can build, manage and close out a project budget without surprises
- Casting and access - you know how to land talent, and you understand player and management relationships
- You can write a treatment and manage difficult talent
- You want to make things, not manage things
- You're comfortable in a small, fast-moving group
- This is an office-based role at our London office, with remote working flexibility built in. You'll be expected in office for the working week as a default; remote days are available where they make sense
- Field days wherever the shoot is - UK, Europe, occasionally further afield
- Competitive base plus performance-linked bonus on delivery and project margin
- Working days may vary - any 5 across the 7 week days
- Start ASAP
