As we continue to grow our footprint in the impulse/out-of-home channel, we’re looking for a Regional Account Manager to champion our products across the Midlands/Northern UK region.

The Role

As our Regional Account Manager, you’ll play a key part in driving Proper Snacks’ growth within the impulse channel, managing relationships with regional forecourt accounts, wholesalers, distributors, contract caterers, and end-users. You’ll be responsible for both maintaining existing accounts and developing new business opportunities, ensuring Proper Snacks continues to be the go-to brand for delicious, responsible snacking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across a diverse portfolio of impulse accounts.
  • Build strong commercial relationships with key contacts across wholesale, distribution, and operator channels.
  • Deliver regional sales, profit, and distribution targets in line with Proper Snacks’ strategy.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the impulse sector.
  • Negotiate trading terms, promotional plans, and pricing within company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and national account teams to activate campaigns and drive category growth.
  • Provide market insights and competitor feedback to support Proper Snacks’ innovation and commercial planning.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM records, and territory reports.

Requirements

  • Proven success in account management or field sales within FMCG.
  • Good knowledge of the UK impulse/OOH landscape.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a large regional territory effectively.
  • Commercially sharp, analytical, and results-driven.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the region.
