PROPER SNACKS is seeking an Interim People & Culture Director to lead the company's People agenda during a parental leave. Based in Greater London, this role requires an authentic leader with a strong focus on supporting high-performing teams and maintaining momentum across people initiatives during a period of change.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in People leadership, ideally within fast-growth settings, and will lead the People & Culture team in delivering a wide range of people activities across both the London and Nuneaton sites.
