PROPER SNACKS is seeking an interim People & Culture Director to lead our People agenda during maternity leave. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you will sustain momentum on our priorities, act as a trusted, values‑led leader, and bring calm, credibility and energy to a fast‑growth environment across London and our Nuneaton site.
You will manage the People & Culture team (7 people), oversee the full employee lifecycle, governance and compliance, and ensure the Employer.
