NEW OPPORTUNITY‼️ Role: Sales Progressor Location: Islington, London This is an on site role Monday – Friday Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading independent Estate Agent who are looking for a sales progressor to join their successful office in London. This is an on site working role Monday – Friday. Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining relationships Progressing sales to exchange/completion Liaising with solicitors Liaising with surveyors Providing expert advice Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends Requirements: Experience in sales progression Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Salary: ~£32,000 – £35,000 Benefits: Bonus opportunities – OTE Circa £40k Company Trips Abroad If you have experience in sales, particularly within the property industry, and possess excellent communication and a hard working, motivated individual, we want to hear from you.
