NEW OPPORTUNITY‼️ Role: Private Client Solicitor Location: Surrey Proper Recruitment are working with a well-established law firm who are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor to manage a varied private client caseload whilst developing long-term relationships with clients and contributing to the continued growth of the department. Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, inheritance tax, trusts, and powers of attorney Provide technical advice on complex private client matters Handle matters independently whilst maintaining exceptional standards of client care Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and empathetic communication Supervise and support trainee solicitors, paralegals, and junior team members Ensure compliance with SRA principles, risk management procedures, and internal policies Contribute to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives Collaborate effectively within a supportive and team-focused environment Experience & Qualifications: Ideally 2+ Years PQE within Private Client TEP qualification beneficial Strong experience managing Private Client matters independently Excellent client care and communication skills Strong organisation and attention to detail Commercially minded with a proactive approach to developing client relationships Salary: ~ Competitive (DOE) Benefits: ~ Bonus Opportunities If you’re an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a new opportunity in Surrey with the chance to develop your career and be rewarded for your contribution, we’d love to hear from you.
