Proper Recruitment are working with a high-performing independent estate agent in Prime Central London who are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful and fast-paced team. They are seeking a candidate confident across the full sales process, including market appraisals.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
Up to £25,000 per annum On Target Earnings [OTE] Access to Pool Car
