Proper Recruitment are looking for a sales manager who is familiar with operating in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic independent Estate Agency and lead a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Conducting valuations
  • Generate new business
  • Oversee day to day management of the team
  • Providing expert advice to clients
  • Leading the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and support with achieving targets
  • Setting KPI's for the team
  • Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience within residential sales
  • Managerial experience a bonus [not essential]
  • Familiarity with the East London/Essex sales market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Deliver clear and concise instructions
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Own car

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum [inclusive of car allowance]. On Target Earnings [OTE] £65k+.
