Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Real Estate Disputes team, you will advise clients on a broad range of property-related contentious matters, including:

  • Business lease renewals (1954 Act).
  • Possession proceedings and enforcement actions.
  • Dealing with trespass and squatter claims.
  • Adverse possession and boundary disputes.

  • Service charge disputes and consultation requirements.
  • TOLATA (Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act) claims.
  • Rights to light claims and related advisory work.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5–6 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience).
  • Strong background in real estate disputes across both residential and commercial property.
  • Demonstrable experience advising landlords and tenants on complex, high-value matters.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
  • A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving.

Salary:

  • Competitive salary of £65,000 – £75,000 (DOE).

Benefits:

  • Bonus opportunities.
  • Excellent career development opportunities within a respected and growing real estate disputes team.
