🏛️ Role: Property Litigation Solicitor

📍 North London [Hybrid/Office-based]

💼 Full-time | Salary: £65,000 – £75,000+ [DOE]

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor [4+ years PQE] to join a highly successful and growing team within an award-winning, top-ranked law firm in North London. Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide variety of property disputes, including; Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes (rent recovery, possession, forfeiture). Enforcement of easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants. Beneficial interest disputes. Party wall disputes
• Manage your own caseload with autonomy while working collaboratively within the team
• Support the team’s growth through business development and building client relationships
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients on complex property litigation matters
• Participate in networking and contribute to the firm’s continued success

Requirements:

• 4+ years PQE in property litigation
• Proven expertise in landlord and tenant disputes and general property litigation
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to assist in generating new business
• Team player with excellent initiative and problem-solving skills
• Experience in construction disputes is a plus [but not essential]

Experience & Qualifications:

• Must have obtained a 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree.
• 5+ years PQE with experience in property dispute resolution.

Salary:

• £65,000 – £75,000 per annum
