Proper Recruitment are working with a young and dynamic Estate Agent in Essex who are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Management of a portfolio of properties
- Work with the branch to prepare properties for new tenancies
- Respond to tenants' maintenance requests
- Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
- Undertake inspections
- Organise/oversee refurbishment works
- Negotiate the prompt return of deposits
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication
- Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractors
Requirements:
- IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Conducting Property Inspections
- Minimum 1 Year Property Management Experience
- Experience with a portfolio
- Ambitious, dynamic and motivated
- Great communicator
- Excellent time management
- ARLA Qualification a benefit but not a requirement
- Must drive and have your own car
Salary: ~£37,500 per annum
Tenure: ~ Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Hybrid working available after probation
