Role: Property Photographer/Videographer and Social Media Content Creator

Location: North London

Proper Recruitment are proud to be supporting a UK Wide independent estate agent who are searching for an Property Photographer/Videographer and Social Media Content Creator to support their branches in North London.

This is a full-time Monday – Friday role | 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional property photography and videography for property listings
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet brand standards
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales and media team to deliver eye-catching visuals
• Ensure efficient scheduling of shoots across multiple locations in North London
• Stay updated on trends and techniques in estate agency photography

Requirements:

• 2 Years experience within Property Photography
• Competent with creating social media content
• Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients and colleagues.
• A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Access to your own photography equipment and a valid UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
• Floorplan experience – Familiarity with Metropix beneficial
• Capabile of using a drone

Salary :

• Up to £35,000
