Role: Sales Negotiator

Working Week: 5 day working week - Monday - Friday [No Saturdays]

Location: Mayfair, Central London

Proper Recruitment are proud to be supporting a leading agent who operate in central London's prime residential areas with their search for a bright and ambitious sales negotiator for their busy branch in Mayfair, Prime Central London.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Conducting viewings and market appraisals
  • Negotiating offers and closing sales
  • Providing expert advice to clients
  • Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
  • Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector

Salary: £25,000

On Target Earnings [OTE] £55k+
