Proper Recruitment are looking for a sales manager who is familiar with operating in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic independent Estate Agency and lead a team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting valuations
- Generate new business
- Oversee day to day management of the team
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Leading the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and support with achieving targets
- Setting KPI's for the team
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience within residential sales
- Managerial experience a bonus [not essential]
- Familiarity with the East London/Essex sales market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Deliver clear and concise instructions
- A full UK driving licence
- Own car

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum [inclusive of car allowance]. On Target Earnings [OTE] £65k+.
