Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Construction, Legal and Property sectors
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement

- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate feedback
- Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through the hiring process
