Job Spec Marketing Executive
This is a broad, hands-on role offering real exposure across content creation, social media, digital campaigns and community engagement ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Filming and editing high-quality video and photo content including property tours, brand campaigns and community features.
- Working closely with sales and lettings teams to produce in-property marketing content.
- Managing and shaping social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
- Writing captions, scheduling posts and engaging with audiences.
- Creating and managing email marketing campaigns, automated journeys and newsletters.
- Managing website content and writing SEO-focused blog articles.
- Supporting Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and monitoring performance.
- Building relationships with local businesses and community partners.
- Keeping marketing assets organised and accessible.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, content creation or social media.
- Confident filming and editing video content using professional cameras and Premiere Pro.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident using Canva for digital and print assets.
- Proactive, creative and community-minded approach.
- Experience with platforms such as Wordpress, Zapier, Lightroom and After Effects is advantageous.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
