Proper Recruitment are working with one of London’s leading independent Property Brokerages who are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of an innovative and ambitious brand, helping to drive the day-to-day operations of a highly successful business.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business
- Managing rental transactions from instruction through to completion
- Preparing key property documentation and ensuring compliance standards are maintained
- Coordinating appointments, enquiries and client communications
- Maintaining accurate property records and CRM systems
- Supporting marketing initiatives, property launches and brand development
- Assisting with the onboarding and ongoing support of agents
- Driving operational improvements and implementing efficient business processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the residential property industry
- ARLA Level 2 qualification (or above) a bonus
- Strong working knowledge of Reapit / RPS software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive and confident decision-maker
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in marketing, branding and business growth
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (DOE)
