Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact: answer incoming calls and handle viewing requests
  • Ask the right questions to uncover wider client needs (e.g. selling, letting, mortgage advice)
  • Manage the office diary and schedule appointments for viewings and valuations
  • Update and maintain client records on the system
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings teams
