Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful North London estate agency who are looking to hire a Junior Property Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience within Property Management or a similar property-related field who is looking to step up and develop their career within property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
  • Acting as a point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Coordinating maintenance issues and arranging repairs with contractors
  • Ensuring properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation and safety regulations
  • Assisting with tenancy renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
  • Liaising with utility providers, inventory clerks, and other third parties
  • Handling tenant queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting with deposit negotiations and end-of-tenancy processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM/property management systems
  • Assisting senior property managers with administrative and operational tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within property management, lettings administration, or a similar property-related role beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional and approachable manner when dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum [DoE]
