Proper Recruitment are working with a well-established law firm who are looking for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their friendly and diverse Commercial Property department in London. The team is expanding rapidly and receiving a high volume of quality work, with excellent prospects for development and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of real estate finance transactions
- Acting for lenders and/or borrowers on secured lending matters
- Reviewing and negotiating facility agreements and security documentation
- Liaising with clients, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions
- Helping to build and develop this area of the practice
Requirements:
- ~3+ years PQE in Real Estate Finance
- ~ Excellent legal and drafting skills
- ~ Keen to take on a challenging and varied role
- ~ Commercially aware with strong client care skills
Salary:
~£55,000 - £70,000 (DoE)
