Role: Property Solicitor Location: London Proper Recruitment are working with a highly regarded law firm who are looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor with experience across residential and commercial conveyancing, alongside bridging finance and secured lending matters. Responsibilities: Manage residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion Review titles, searches, contracts and prepare reports Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties Draft and review loan agreements, debentures, personal guarantees and security documentation Review titles and advise lenders on property and lending risks Ensure compliance with AML and regulatory requirements Identify and mitigate legal and transactional risks Maintain accurate case records and meet completion deadlines Requirements: NQ-4+ Years PQE Strong Residential & Commercial Conveyancing experience Experience within Bridging Finance and Secured Lending Confident managing multiple transactions and working to deadlines Strong communication and client management skills Good understanding of AML, compliance and regulatory requirements Salary: ~ Competitive [DOE] Tenure: ~ Full-Time If you’re an experienced Property Solicitor looking for a varied role covering conveyancing and secured lending matters, we’d love to hear from you.
