Proper Recruitment are proud to be supporting a successful and well-established independent estate agency in North West London with their search for an experienced Block Manager to join their growing property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated block management professional to take ownership of their own portfolio within a supportive and dynamic business.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a residential block portfolio with properties varying in size.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, and contractors.
  • Dealing with day-to-day client issues and ensuring timely, effective resolutions.
  • Carrying out site inspections and overseeing contractor works.
  • Assisting with the preparation and issuing of service charge budgets.
  • Liaising closely with internal accounts teams.
  • Supporting with Section 20 major works.
  • Attending residents' meetings and AGMs.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across managed sites.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Block / Residential Property Management role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high service levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
