Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established independent estate agent based in East London as they search for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team in Hackney.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- A keen interest in property (ARLA a bonus)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
- Must have your own car
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
On Target Earnings (OTE): £55k
