Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful North London estate agency who are looking to hire a Junior Property Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience within Property Management or a similar property-related field who is looking to step up and develop their career within property management.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
- Acting as a point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance issues and arranging repairs with contractors
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation and safety regulations
- Assisting with tenancy renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Liaising with utility providers, inventory clerks, and other third parties
- Handling tenant queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting with deposit negotiations and end-of-tenancy processes
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM/property management systems
- Assisting senior property managers with administrative and operational tasks
- Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience within property management, lettings administration, or a similar property-related role beneficial
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional and approachable manner when dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements advantageous
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Full UK Driving Licence
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum [DoE]
