Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
- Own Car
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum. On Target Earnings [OTE] Circa £40k
Tenure: Full-Time | Monday - Saturday [5 day week]
