Proper Recruitment has just taken on a terrific Sales Progressor role based in East London on behalf of a respected independent estate agency known for its friendly team culture and strong local presence.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships
- Progressing sales to exchange/completion
- Liaising with solicitors
- Liaising with surveyors
- Providing expert advice
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements
- Experience in sales progression
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
