Role: Property Photographer/Videographer and Social Media Content Creator
Location: North London
Proper Recruitment are proud to be supporting a UK Wide independent estate agent who are searching for a Property Photographer/Videographer and Social Media Content Creator to support their branches in North London.
This is a full-time Monday - Friday role | 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional property photography and videography for property listings
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet brand standards
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales and media team to deliver eye-catching visuals
- Ensure efficient scheduling of shoots across multiple locations in North London
- Stay updated on trends and techniques in estate agency photography
Requirements:
- ~2 Years experience within Property Photography
- ~Competent with creating social media content
- ~Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom)
- ~Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- ~Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients and colleagues
- ~A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- ~Access to your own photography equipment and a valid UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
- ~Floorplan experience - Familiarity with Metropix beneficial
- ~Capable of using a drone
Salary: ~Up to £35,000
