Calling all Property Managers! Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful independent estate agent that are looking for a Property Manager to oversee their property management portfolio from their evolving branch in East London / Essex.
Responsibilities:
- Management of a portfolio of properties
- Work with the branch to prepare properties for new tenancies
- Respond to tenants' maintenance requests
- Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
- Undertake inspections
- Organise/oversee refurbishment works
- Negotiate the prompt return of deposits
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication
- Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractors
Requirements:
- IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Have a proven background in property management and an all-round knowledge of the industry
- Experience with a portfolio
- Ambitious, dynamic and motivated
- Great communicator
- Excellent time management
- ARLA Qualification a benefit but not a requirement
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
