Proper Recruitment are working with a growing Mortgage broker who are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Coordinator to join their expanding team. This is a predominantly telephone-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting clients throughout their mortgage journey. You’ll work closely with Mortgage & Protection Advisors, managing appointments, progressing enquiries and ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships from enquiry through to completion
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Book and manage advisor appointments
  • Support clients throughout the mortgage process
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience (mortgage or insurance knowledge beneficial)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Confident working in a target-driven environment
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office
