Right in the heart of High Wycombe’s Frogmoor, Yates’s is where the town comes alive. Surrounded by student housing, local homes, and popular spots like Wetherspoon, O’Neill’s, and Loungers, it’s a stone’s throw from the Eden Shopping Centre and the perfect place to eat, drink, and unwind.
By day, Yates serves up traditional British pub classics in a chilled, easy-going atmosphere. With Sky and TNT showing all the live action, it’s a top spot for a lunchtime bite or a relaxed catch-up with friends watching the match.
When the sun goes down, the energy ramps up. Yates’s turns into High Wycombe’s liveliest nightlife hub, with events such as quiz nights on Monday, student night on Tuesdays until 2 am and buzzing weekends from sporting fixtures to dance floor fillers until the wee hours.
Inside, the spacious bar has a dedicated games area, and room for everyone. Outside, seating for 50 lets you soak up the scene. Well-kept, efficient, and packed with personality, Yates’s is your one-stop for sport, grub, and a great night out.
We’re looking to recruit a General Manager who will make things happen! You will be a leader of people, a sales driver, a developer of teams, a profit booster and a guest WOW’er.
You will have a sound understanding of food and how to maintain standards, and profitability, deliver consistency whilst managing a Dark Kitchen offer that is extremely successful.
Your operational standards will be on point, your house standards will be the highest at all times. You’ll pride yourself on the success you have gained leading, motivating, and coaching your team to deliver to your standards, whilst ensuring the guest experience is just never short of brilliant!
