Are you an experienced Kitchen Manager or a talented Kitchen Team Leader ready to take the next step in your career? At William Bourne, we’re looking for a passionate leader to head up our kitchen operations, deliver exceptional standards, and inspire the next generation of Kitchen Managers.

What you’ll bring as our Kitchen Manager:

  • A knack for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to success.
  • A solid foundation in food knowledge and culinary skills.
  • Up-to-date expertise in COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and relevant legal standards.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building your team : Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Inspiring leadership : Leading and developing your brigade, ensuring everyone is fully trained and motivated.
  • Maintaining excellence : Upholding high standards of hygiene, food safety, and overall kitchen safety.
  • Smart planning : Creating efficient rotas that meet labour targets.
  • Keeping on top of stock : Conducting stock checks to hit GP targets.
  • Driving success : Collaborating with front-of-house teams to boost sales and drive growth.
  • Managing resources : Ordering food and equipment to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
