Lead and Shape Our UK Supply Chain Strategy

Are you an experienced supply chain leader looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact across a growing multi-site business?

As our UK Head of Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Procurement, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating these activities across our UK operations. Working as part of the UK Operations Leadership Team, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving performance, optimising working capital and supporting sustainable business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategy, lead transformational initiatives, and help shape the future direction of our supply chain capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning and Inventory Planning processes

• Coordinate and lead the UK S&OP process

• Ensure alignment between customer demand, production capacity and inventory targets

• Support scenario planning and strategic business decision-making

• Define and monitor planning KPIs and performance standards

• Balance demand and supply across multiple manufacturing sites

• Coordinate constraint management and issue resolution

• Promote continuous improvement across planning processes

• Lead transportation, warehousing and distribution activities across UK operations

• Manage relationships with logistics providers and strategic partners

• Identify opportunities to optimise costs and improve network efficiency

• Coordinate planning and logistics activities across multiple sites

• Promote best practice, standardisation and cross-site collaboration

• Support the implementation of Group standards, governance processes and KPIs

• Drive digitalisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage inventory, working capital, procurement and logistics costs

• Contribute to business profitability through procurement, inventory optimisation and operational efficiencies

Experience & Qualifications

• Significant experience within Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Procurement or Operations leadership roles

• Experience within manufacturing and multi-site environments

• Strong understanding of S&OP processes and supply chain planning principles

• Experience leading business transformation and continuous improvement projects

• Experience managing procurement activities, tenders and supplier performance

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline desirable

• MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management desirable

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Willingness to travel between UK sites, with occasional European travel
